Standing for fairness, dignity, and the rights of every person in our community regardless of background.
Nurturing knowledge through Quranic study, leadership programs, and educational outreach.
Guiding youth and families through counseling, sports, and development rooted in Islamic values.
JAMAS was founded by a small circle of Richmond parents who dreamed of a space where children could learn about Islam, adults could deepen their practice, and neighbors of every background could find support.
Today we serve over 400 families weekly through prayers, classes, and outreach. Our food pantry, counseling services, and youth sports leagues exist because we believe community care is an act of worship.
